Ingredients

  • Pampered Chef Rectangular Baker

  • Canola oil to grease the pan

  • 1 pouch (10.25 oz) of your favorite fudge brownie mix

  • 1/4 cup (50 mL) of water

  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) of canola oil

  • 1 large egg

  • 10 ea. “fun-size” Snickers® (0.6 oz/17 g each) or your favorite chocolate-covered peanut caramel nougat candy bars

  • 1/4 cup (50 mL) of your favorite peanut butter (creamy)

Directions

  • Lightly brush oil onto the Pampered Chef small Rectangular Baker using the Chef’s Silicone Basting Brush.
  • Using the small Mix ‘N Scraper® thoroughly combine the brownie mix, water, oil, and egg in a medium Glass Mixing Bowl.
  • On the bottom of the baker, arrange the candy bars in two rows of five and evenly spread them.
  • Place 1-cup (250 mL) of the peanut butter in the Silicone Prep Bowl, and soften by microwaving, uncovered, on HIGH for 15-20 seconds.
  • Spread 4 scant spoonsful of peanut butter onto the batter using a 1 tbsp (15 mL) Measuring Spoon. Swirl the peanut butter into the batter, using the handle of another Measuring Spoon.
  • Microwave on HIGH, uncovered, for 4-6 minutes or until done. For doneness, look for firm edges and a clean poke test (comes out almost clean) using a wooden insert or non-serrated knife.
  • After carefully removing the baker from the microwave, let stand for approximately 10 minutes. Cut into 10 even pieces.
